Terms of Sales

General:
Our goods travel at the risk of the recipient. Any missing or damaged package must be subject to written reservations to the carrier within 48 hours. Any complaint, to be valid, must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. The warranty on our products is limited to their replacement, and only applies to normal use of them. No compensation can be claimed from us for any reason whatsoever. In the event of a dispute, only the Pau Commercial Court will have jurisdiction. Payment for goods: Cash payment by check or bank transfer (CB or Swift), within eight days of receipt of the goods. Penalties 1.5% per month late for payment after due date. According to Law No. 85.98 of January 25, 1985, the goods sold remain our property until full payment.

Shipping fees :
Prices are announced, inclusive of tax (all taxes included). For other cases (French Antilles, other countries), a personalized quote will be communicated to the customer depending on the number of paintings ordered and the destination.

Discounts:
Reductions apply in the following manner:

For all manual tables: 5% for an order of 3 tables or more (whatever they may be).
